Abstract:
Provided are a smart electric power tool and control method. Comprised are: an output shaft (101), a motor (201), a housing (102), and an adjustment assembly (103); the adjustment assembly is used for adjusting an operating mode and outputting a mode signal, the operating mode comprising a drill gear mode and a wood screw mode; in the drill gear mode, a measurement unit (202) is used for measuring an electric current value; a controller (203) receiving the mode signal, and determining a set of electric current variables according to the operating mode and the measured electric current value; according to the set of current variables, determining whether startup has ended; after the end of startup, determining a set of feature quantities from the set of current variables; determining the type of drill bit according to the set of feature quantities; according to the set of current variables and/or the set of feature quantities and the type of drill bit, determining the operating status of the smart electric power tool, and if in a state of penetrating, then controlling the motor to stop turning; in the wood screw mode, the measurement unit measuring a bus bar current value; the controller determining a first measurement value according to the measured bus bar current value; according to the first measurement value, determining whether startup has ended; after startup has ended, identifying the slipping conditions of the smart electric power tool according to the first measurement value, and filtering the amount of variation of the first measurement value under the slipping conditions; determining a second measurement value according to the filtered first measurement value; if the first measurement value and the second measurement value after filtering satisfy a preset condition, then the smart electric power tool triggers a stop.
