Abstract:
Smart energy trading system and method are disclosed. The smart energy trading system comprises: at least one prosumer; at least one consumer; and a virtual power bank which forms a virtual grid, which is a virtual connection chain for energy trades between the prosumer and consumer, and temporarily stores surplus power of the prosumer via the virtual grid and brokers the sale of the surplus power to a consumer satisfying energy trade constraints, wherein the virtual grid comprises a virtual connection chain connected to an electric power company and is established by using an energy grid previously established by the electric power company.
