Abstract:
A smart guidance device and method for controlling a passenger to enter the correct elevator car, belonging to the field of smart elevator control technologies. The method for guiding a passenger to enter the correct elevator car comprises determining, on the basis of a change in the signal strength of a received first wireless signal (131), the movement of a passenger with respect to one of a plurality of elevator cars (110); and determining, on the basis of a recognition result, whether the movement corresponds to the movement of entering the correct elevator car (110). The smart guidance device and method for controlling a passenger to enter a correct elevator car can automatically guide, by means of a change in a vibration signal and/or a sound prompt signal, a passenger to enter the correct elevator car.
