Disclosed in the present invention is a smart head-mounted device. The smart head-mounted device comprises a device housing and a loudspeaker module mounted in the device housing; the device housing is provided with a front sound outlet hole and a rear sound outlet hole; the loudspeaker module comprises a module housing and a loudspeaker unit; a mounting space is formed in the module housing; the module housing is provided with a sound outlet hole and a sound leakage hole; the sound outlet hole is in butt-joint communication with the front sound outlet hole; the sound leakage hole is in butt-joint communication with the rear sound outlet hole; the loudspeaker unit is disposed in the mounting space; the loudspeaker unit comprises a vibrating diaphragm capable of vibrating to produce sound; an effective volume on a path from a first side of the vibrating diaphragm to the sound outlet hole forms a front sound cavity; and an effective volume on a path from a second side of the vibrating diaphragm to the sound leakage hole forms a rear sound cavity. The volume V1 of the front sound cavity and the volume V2 of the rear sound cavity satisfy the relational expression: 0.42≤V1/V2≤2.5. The present invention aims to provide a smart head-mounted device capable of effectively improving sound leakage of a product and widening a high-frequency cut-off frequency.
