Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a smart keyless entry system which can accurately detect the position of a mobile device regardless of the elevation of the mobile device. Further, to provide a smart keyless entry system which, even in the case of a mobile device that uses high-frequency radio waves to communicate with a vehicle-side device, can, without a more complex configuration, prevent an increased calculation load. [Solution] This smart keyless entry system comprises: a vehicle-side device provided in a vehicle; a mobile device capable of communication with the vehicle-side device; a position calculation unit for calculating the position of the mobile device; and an elevation calculation unit for calculating the elevation of the mobile device. The vehicle-side device and the mobile device communicate with one another on the basis of the elevation of the mobile device, and prescribed control is carried out on the basis of the position of the mobile device.
