Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a smart management method and an intelligent service robot system for delivering and picking up packages. The smart management method comprises a delivery step and a pickup step, and corresponding delivery and pickup robots. The delivery method is as follows: a package or mail is registered and warehoused, an internal waybill is generated and the package or mail is sorted; the delivery robot scans the internal waybill to complete sending the package or mail out of the warehouse, plans the optimal delivery route, and performs delivery; after reaching a delivery location, the delivery robot sends a pick-up prompt to a recipient, extracts face information of the recipient, verifies the identity of the recipient, and opens a cabinet door; and generates a pickup report after the package or the mail is signed for reception. The pickup step is as follows: the pickup robot acquires shipping information, generates an internal waybill, receives the package or mail delivery to be sent by a sender, and generates a sending report; a mail room generates a corresponding express mail bill and sorts the package or mail into a corresponding express mail box. The system simultaneously takes into consideration information, assets, and personnel safety of enterprises or government agencies, as well as the requirements of internal personnel for express deliveries and takeout, while reducing elevator occupancy and energy consumption.
