Abstract:
A smart polishing method, comprising the following steps: a robot moving according to a predetermined trajectory, so as to enable a polishing tool, which is connected to a floating part of a floating polishing structure or a front portion of the floating part, to contact the surface of a polishing target and move relative to the polishing target, thereby obtaining robot movement trajectory coordinate data 1 and displacement sensor data 2; performing operation by mean of a translation relationship transformation matrix and a rotation relationship transformation matrix of spatial points, so as to superimpose data 1 and data 2 in a specific coordinate system, so as to obtain actual feature data 3 of the polishing target; acquiring theoretical parameter data 4 of the polishing target in the specific coordinate system; and subtracting data 4 from data 3, so as to acquire data 6 regarding the amount of polishing to be performed on the polishing target, and developing a polishing policy according to the features of data 6.
