Abstract:
A smart sine wave voltage conversion circuit based on PFC, full bridge and half bridge, comprising: an input unit (10); a PFC boosting unit (20); a full bridge isolation transformer unit (30), comprising a first switch tube (Q6), a second switch tube (Q7), a sixth switch tube (Q8), a seventh switch tube (Q9), a transformer (T1), a first diode (D5), a second diode (D6) and a first filter inductor (L3), the source of the sixth switch tube being connected to the first end of the primary winding of the transformer, the drain of the second switch tube being connected to the second end of the primary winding of the transformer, the source of the first switch tube being connected to the second end of the primary winding of the transformer, the drain of the seventh switch tube being connected to the first end of the primary winding of the transformer, the middle tap of the secondary winding of the transformer being connected to a rear end ground, and the rear end of the first filter inductor and the anode of the second diode being used as the output end of the full bridge isolation transformer unit; and an inverter unit (40), the output end thereof being provided with a second filter inductor (L4). The smart sine wave voltage conversion circuit can improve the PF value and the output voltage quality.
