Abstract:
The present invention relates to a smart valve system capable of active control, malfunction diagnosis, and operation status monitoring by artificial intelligence learning and, more specifically, to a smart valve system capable of active control, malfunction diagnosis, and operation status monitoring by artificial intelligence learning, wherein: data regarding the pressure and temperature of a fluid flowing in a pipe may be learned on the basis of machine learning; flow rate data necessary for controlling the opening/closing of a flow-rate control valve may be modeled in a calculation formula; the flow-rate control valve may be controlled in real time on the basis of the modeling result to automatically adjust the opening/closing range of the valve, thereby saving a space necessary for subsidiary equipment for measuring fluid data; and the valve system is easy to manage and monitor.
