Abstract:
An SMD carrier tape universal feeding machine, comprising a mounting frame, and a cam box carrier tape processing mechanism and a material receiving film feeding and film sticking mechanism mounted on the mounting frame, the cam box carrier tape processing mechanism comprising a main mounting plate (1) mounted on the mounting frame, a cam spindle mechanism (2) arranged on the main mounting plate (1), a left feeding and cutting mechanism (3), a right feeding and cutting mechanism (4), and a film coating mechanism (5), the left feeding and cutting mechanism (3) and the right feeding and cutting mechanism (4) being structurally identical and being arranged opposite to one another on two sides of the main mounting plate (1), and the material receiving film feeding and film sticking mechanism comprising a material receiving film feeding mechanism (6) and a film sticking mechanism (7) fitting to the material receiving film feeding mechanism (6). The present SMD carrier tape universal feeding machine has the advantages of a high degree of automation, good processing quality, high working efficiency, and convenient and flexible use.
