Abstract:
Disclosed is a smokeless air fryer that utilizes a high speed hot air circulation technology to cook food and that produces no exhaust oil smoke. The air fryer comprises an air fryer fixed body (1) and an air fryer movable body (2), wherein the lower end face of a raised portion (3), positioned on the front part of the air fryer fixed body (1), accommodates a timer and is provided with a push-activated power supply switch (301); the upper end face of a handle (4) positioned on the movable body (2) and used for locking-in and releasing a container basket is provided with a push-activated projection (401); and the push-activated projection (401) and the push-activated power supply switch (301) provided at the lower end face of the raised portion (3) in the fixed body (1) co-operate to enable push-activated opening and closing. A planar spiral type electric heating tube (103) is provided below a hot air blade (102) in the fixed body (1), a power supply connector of the planar spiral type electric heating tube (103) is connected to the inner wall (105) of the fixed body (1) via a connecting piece, and the body of the planar spiral type electric heating tube (103) is elastically connected to the inner wall (105) of the fixed body (1) via a tension spring (104). The middle part of the bottom of an oil receiving and backflow pan (5) in the movable body (2) has an arc-shaped protrusion (501), and the periphery of the pot wall and the pot bottom are arc-shaped (502).
