A smokeless baker includes a main body. The main body includes an upper shell (1), a lower shell (2) and a handle (3) installed on one side of the upper shell and the same side of the lower shell. An upper baking disk (5) is installed on the lower surface of the upper shell. An electric heating pipe for heating the upper baking disk (5) is installed on the upper surface of the upper baking disk (5), and the upper surface is provided with a smoke combustion chamber B. A lower baking disk (4) is installed on the upper surface of the lower shell (2). An electric heating pipe for heating the lower baking disk (4) is installed on the lower surface of the lower baking disk (4). A baking chamber A is formed between the upper and lower baking disks. An oil smoke separation box (6) is detachably installed on a side of the upper shell (1) opposite to the handle (3). The baker has an oil smoke elimination structure including an oil smoke separation box (6) and a smoke combustion chamber. The oil smoke generated during baking enters the oil smoke separation box (6) to be separated. The rest of smoke passes a guide pipe and goes back to the combustion chamber after being separated, and is burned by the residual heat dispersed by the electric heating pipe. Thus, the hazard of the oil smoke generated during baking is eliminated.
