The invention relates to a smoothing device (100, 200) for smoothing a concrete part (1), comprising a primary cutter (104, 204, 204', 204", 204''') for cutting a concrete layer off the concrete part, an axis of rotation (102, 202), and a smoothing surface (106, 206), oriented perpendicularly to the axis of rotation (102, 202), for coming into contact with the entire cut surface of the concrete part (1) formed by the cutting operation.
