Title:
SNAKE VENOM C FRAGMENT POLYPEPTIDE DERIVATIVE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/190263
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are derivatives of a snake venom C fragment straight-chain polypeptide and a cyclic peptide related thereto, and a preparation method therefor. The derivatives comprise a parent peptide sequence as shown in formula I: R1-P1-Asp-His-P2-Gly-Thr-Arg-Ile-Glu-P3-R2 or formula II: Cyclo(Cys-Xaa1-Xaa2-Xaa3-Xaa4-Lys-Asp-His-P2-Ge-Thr-Arg-Ile-Glu-P3). The derivatives are prepared by means of a polypeptide solid phase synthesis method and can be used in the preparation of analgesic drugs.
