Abstract:
A snap-fit device (100), which is used for automatically snap-fitting a first assembly (200) to a second assembly (300). The snap-fit device (100) comprises a camera module (10) and an attachment structure (20), the first assembly (200) comprises a first element (21), the camera module (10) is located above the second assembly (300), the camera module (10) is used for recording the position of the first element (21) and the position of the second assembly (300), the attachment structure (20) is used for attaching the first assembly (200) and adjusting the first assembly (200) according to the recorded position of the first element (21) and the position of the second assembly (300), so that the first element (21) is snap-fitted to the second assembly (300). The snap-fit device is provide with the camera module to record the positions of the first element and the second assembly, and automatically adjusts the positions of the first element and the second assembly, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic snap-fitting, and improving the production efficiency while reducing the costs of the device.
