Abstract:
A snap-fitting connecting pipe, a snap-fitting composite pipe, and a production method. The snap-fitting connecting pipe comprises: a pipe body (2); annular seal grooves (5) formed on the inner wall of the pipe body and configured to mount seal rings (1); and snap-fitting ribs (7) formed by protrusion of the material of the pipe body, the snap-fitting ribs forming snap-fitting grooves (8) on the inner wall of the pipe body, and the snap-fitting grooves providing material fitting spaces for snap-fitting connection between the snap-fitting connecting pipe and a metal pipe (3). The requirement for the wall thickness of the pipe body is reduced, and the production cost of the snap-fitting connecting pipe is reduced; the pressing pressure on the pipe body is also correspondingly reduced; in addition, the produced pipe body and the metal pipe also can meet actual use requirements; the pipe body and the metal pipe can be connected on site merely by means of a simple tool, without processing the metal pipe in advance, so that the assembly process is simple and the assembly cost is lower.
