Abstract:
A snare for tissue resection, comprising a hollow outer tube (6) having a proximal and a distal end, a pulling member (4) located in the outer tube (6) and capable of reciprocating in a longitudinal axis direction, and a loop (1) provided at the distal end of the pulling member (4); the loop (1) has a single-strand flat wire structure, the ratio of the thickness P to the height Q of the cross section of the flat wire structure is 1:4 - 1:1.5, the loop (1) is axially symmetrical in the longitudinal axis direction, and reinforcement bending portions (5) are provided on two axial sides of the loop (1) and axially opposite to each other. The present invention can effectively enclose a sessile or semi-pedunculated polyp completely in the loop (1) and basically achieve the technical effect of not deforming while changing the diameter, greatly improving the effect of capturing a relatively flat polyp by the loop (1).
