Abstract:
A socket (100), comprising: a charging port (110); an alternating current/direct current converter (120); a charging controller (130) configured to be connected to a device to be charged (200) in response to the charging port (110), and determine an expected charging voltage and an expected charging current supported by said device; and a power supply controller (140) coupled to the charging controller (130) and configured to adjust, on the basis of the determined expected charging voltage and expected charging current, an output voltage and an output current of the alternating current/direct current converter (120).
