Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a soda ash production line combined with a low-grade waste heat absorption type refrigeration system, which relates to the technical field of low-grade waste heat refrigeration, and comprises a soda ash production component and an absorption type refrigeration component. The soda ash production component is used for conveying steam condensate generated when producing soda ash into the absorption type refrigeration component and cooling soda ash ammonium chloride mother liquor by using refrigerants generated by the absorption type refrigeration component. The absorption type refrigeration component is used for continuously supplying heat by utilizing waste heat of the steam condensate in the soda ash production component so as to generate a refrigerant and conveying the refrigerant into the soda ash production component. According to the present utility model, the absorption type refrigeration system cooperates with a Hou's process soda ash production line, the waste heat of the condensate is used to supply heat to the absorption type refrigeration system, and then the refrigerant generated by the absorption type refrigeration system utilizing waste heat is supplied to a heat exchange device that cools the soda ash ammonium chloride mother liquor, achieving waste heat utilization and conversion of a soda ash production line, thus effectively improving the waste heat utilization efficiency of the soda ash production line.
