Abstract:
The present invention provides a preparation method for sodium hyaluronate having full molecular weight distribution, the method comprising: step 1): spraying hydrogen peroxide and performing ultraviolet irradiation on a sodium hyaluronate solid raw material, and obtaining a sodium hyaluronate degraded material; step 2): dissolving the sodium hyaluronate degraded material in water, using an NaOH solution to adjust the pH to alkaline, and obtaining a sodium hyaluronate alkaline solution; step 3): ultrasonically treating the sodium hyaluronate alkaline solution; step 4): preparing hyaluronic acid solid raw material into a sodium hyaluronate solution having a concentration of 0.1%-1% (w/v), and mixing evenly with the ultrasonically treated sodium hyaluronate alkaline solution at an addition ratio of 20%-60% (v/v); and step 5): performing adsorption treatment by using diatomite and activated carbon, respectively, filtering and concentrating by using a nanofiltration membrane, and then drying to obtain the sodium hyaluronate having full molecular weight distribution. The preparation method of the present invention can obtain sodium hyaluronate having good water-replenishing and moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, cell protection, and other activity.
