Abstract:
A soft composite material (101), and a manufacturing method therefor and an oil tank repairing method. The soft composite material (101) includes a blocking layer (203), a first oil-resistant layer (202) arranged at the inner side of the blocking layer (203), and a second oil-resistant layer (204) arranged at the outer side of the blocking layer. The manufacturing method comprises coextruding with a casting apparatus, then extruding through a roller, and cooling to form a three-in-one composite film. The repairing method comprises: cleaning the inner surface of a tank body, and coating the inner surface of the tank body with a reactive adhesive; pasting a mesh on the reactive adhesive; then coating a cloth with the reactive adhesive; and cohering the soft composite material with the reactive adhesive. The soft composite material has a high strength, oil resistance and ultra-high oil leakage blocking performance, and is suitable for trenchless rapid repairing of an oil tank.
