Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of special military cables. Disclosed is a soft high tear-resistant low temperature-resistant wear-resistant power cable for military use in the field. The present invention is used for solving the technical problem that the wear resistance, temperature resistance, and tear resistance of field military power cables still need to be improved so as to improve the wear rate under long-term low-temperature environments and winding operation. A tear-resistant and temperature-resistant elastomer layer wraps and protects the periphery of a tinned copper conductor, and the temperature resistance, bending resistance, and tear resistance of a conductor are improved. A plurality of flame-retardant polypropylene filling ropes fill a gap between a non-woven fabric layer and a cable core, so that the flame-retardant performance and strength of the power cable are improved. A wear-resistant polyurethane outer sheath layer has excellent tensile strength while improving wear resistance and temperature resistance. The described power cable is suitable for being installed in a field military control device in a narrow space, has a low wear rate under long-term low-temperature environments and winding dragging operation, and is not easily deformed and torn.
