Abstract:
Disclosed is a soft-pack lithium-ion battery having a high energy density. According to the soft-pack lithium-ion battery having a high energy density of the present invention, a positive pole piece and a negative pole piece are provided with notches, the notches are located at theoretically calculated folding lines of the pole pieces, and corners of a pole set formed by winding the positive and negative pole pieces are provided with the notches of the positive and negative pole pieces. With the pole set prepared by winding in such a way, the notches of hard positive and negative pole piece materials are generated at the corners of the pole set, so that when the pole set enters a pit, the problem of it not being possible for the pole set to enter an aluminum-plastic-film pit due to interference between the pole pieces and a chamfered circular-arc portion of the pit will not occur. Thus, the space of the chamfered portion of the pit can be fully used, thereby improving the capacity of the battery.
