Abstract:
A soft prosthesis composite material and a preparation method therefor. The composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of copper powder, 25-35 parts of nano carbon, 13-18 parts of carbon nanotube, 10-15 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 50-80 parts of egg shell, 30-45 parts of waste lobster shell, 25-38 parts of polymethyl methacrylate, 1-3 parts of a maleic acid grafting agent, 1-5 parts of citronella essence oil, 5-25 parts of epoxy resin, 12-25 parts of trehalose, and 1-3 parts of N,N-dimethylaniline. A treated metal-based material is loaded on egg shell powder by means of modification treatment, so that the egg shell powder acts as a carrier to enhance its own mechanical properties, that is, on the basis of ensuring the biocompatibility, the mechanical properties are improved, and the preparation cost is low.
