Abstract:
The present application provides a soft sampling robot and an operation method, and belongs to the technical field of soft robots. The soft sampling robot comprises: two variable-diameter anchoring mechanisms made of a soft material and driven pneumatically, the two variable-diameter anchoring mechanisms comprising a plurality of point contact anchoring assemblies, each of the point contact anchoring assemblies comprising a cylindrical chamber and a plurality of protruded chambers, the protruded chambers being symmetrically distributed at the periphery of the cylindrical chamber, the depth of each of the protruded chambers being gradually reduced in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical chamber, the protruded chambers being communicated with the cylindrical chamber, and the plurality of point contact anchoring assemblies being superposed in a staggered manner; a turning mechanism arranged between the two variable-diameter anchoring mechanisms, the turning mechanism being divided into two semi-circular pneumatic chambers, and each of the pneumatic chambers being provided with a second gas inlet; and a sampler mounted at the tail end of one of the two variable-diameter anchoring mechanisms, the sampler being provided with a sampling chamber. The soft sampling robot of the present application can perform a lossless free movement in a complex intestinal tract environment, and can perform pollution-free in-situ sampling at any position in the intestinal tract.
