Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a soft switching control method for a parking actuator, comprising: obtaining a position of an output shaft of the parking actuator, performing difference calculation on said position and a target position executed by the parking actuator, and inputting an obtained difference to a PID controller; the PID controller generating, according to the inputted difference, a pulse width modulation signal PWM_0 having a certain duty ratio; processing the PWM_0 by a slope control module, and outputting a pulse width modulation signal PWM_1 of which the duty ratio is progressively increased or decreased at a fixed step length; when a motor is turned off, detecting an input end voltage of the DC motor, and setting the utilization rate of a DC power supply voltage according to the input end voltage of the motor; and inputting the pulse width modulation signal PWM_1 into an MOSFET full-bridge circuit, controlling and slowing down the change of an output voltage of the MOSFET full-bridge circuit, taking the output voltage of the MOSFET full-bridge circuit as the input end voltage of the DC motor, and using the DC motor to control the parking actuator to act. The problem of voltage and current fluctuation in the starting and turning-off process is effectively solved, and the voltage rising condition is reduced.
