Abstract:
In a solar battery cell (10), a connection region (23) is formed comprising: an intersection region (21) which is the region of a first band-shaped collector electrode (12) and a second band shaped collector electrode (13) in which the first band-shaped collector electrode (12) and the second band-shaped collector electrode (13) intersect; and a vicinity region (22) which is the region of the first band-shaped collector electrode (12) or the second band-shaped collector electrode (13) adjacent to the vicinity of the intersection region (21). On the surface of the connection region (23), a recessed section (20) is present that is recessed to be lower than the surface of the first band-shaped collector electrode (12) except for the connection region (23), and is recessed to be lower than the surface of the second band-shaped collector electrode (13) except for the connection region (23), and no region exists that is higher than both the surface of the first band-shaped collector electrode (12) excepting the connection region (23) and the surface of the second band-shaped collector electrode (13) excepting the connection region (23).
