Abstract:
Provided are a solar battery element connection method, a correction method, a connection device, and a correction device. In the solar battery element connection method, a TAB lead (2) is disposed along an electrode array (1a) of a solar battery element (1) and the solar battery element (1) is inversely warped, and thereafter the solar battery element (1) and the TAB lead (2) are heated to weld the TAB lead (2) to the solar battery element (1). Alternatively, the solar battery element (1) is inversely warped after the TAB lead (2) is welded and, after the welding, the inversely warped solar battery element is retained at a predetermined temperature. In the correction method, the already connected solar battery element (1) is heated, inversely warped, and then cooled to a suitable temperature at which the inversely warped solar battery element is retained.
The warpage of a solar battery element is drastically reduced and the warpage of a solar battery element that was once warped is also drastically corrected.
