Abstract:
Provided are a solar battery module manufacturing method, a solar battery module, and a raw material solar battery cell (70) which can be manufactured more easily than the past. In a manufacturing method of a solar battery module in which a plurality of solar battery cells, each having a cell electrode layer and a connection electrode, are electrically connected directly or through connection members, the connection electrode is an electrode which connects the cell electrode layer with a connection member or a connection electrode of another solar battery cell. The manufacturing method includes: a raw material cell manufacturing step for manufacturing the raw material solar battery cell (70) having a pair of electrode layers, an optical-to-electrical conversion unit interposed between the pair of the electrode layers, and a connection electrode formation unit (80a); and a cell division step for dividing the raw material solar battery cell (70) into a plurality of pieces and forming solar battery cells, wherein, in the cell division step, the connection electrode formation unit (80a) is cut to form the connection electrodes.
