Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a solar cell, according to the present embodiment, comprises the steps of: forming a second photoelectric conversion part including a semiconductor substrate, a first semiconductor layer on one surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a second semiconductor layer, which has a conductivity type different from that of the first semiconductor layer, on the other surface of the semiconductor substrate; forming an adhesive layer on the first semiconductor layer; changing the surface characteristics of the front surface of the adhesive layer; forming, on the front surface of the adhesive layer, a first photoelectric conversion part including a photoelectric conversion layer formed of a perovskite compound; and forming first electrodes electrically connected, on one surface of the first photoelectric conversion part, to the first photoelectric conversion part, and second electrodes electrically connected, on another surface of the second photoelectric conversion part, to the second photoelectric conversion part. Therefore, in a tandem structure comprising the first photoelectric conversion part, which includes the perovskite compound, and the second photoelectric conversion part, which includes the semiconductor substrate, the adhesive layer between the first photoelectric conversion part and the second photoelectric conversion part is converted to being hydrophilic, and thus can improve adhesive characteristics.
