Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of solar cells, and provide a solar cell and a manufacturing method therefor. The solar cell comprises: a P-type silicon wafer, a P-type heavily doped layer, a front-side passivation layer, a front-side anti-reflection layer, and front-side metal gate lines arranged on the front-side surface of the P-type silicon wafer in sequence, and a doped oxide layer, a back-side crystalline silicon layer, a back-side anti-reflection layer, and a back-side metal electrode layer arranged on the back-side surface of the P-type silicon wafer in sequence. The P-type heavily doped layer is arranged at different regions to correspond to the front-side metal gate lines, and the front-side metal gate lines pass through the front-side anti-reflection layer and the front-side passivation layer in sequence and are in contact with the corresponding P-type heavily doped layer. The solar cell in the embodiments of the present application has a simple structure, the processing time is short, the productivity is high, and the conversion efficiency of the cell is high.
