Abstract:
A solar cell (1) of the present invention is provided with a photoelectric conversion part (10), a first electrode (21) and a second electrode (22). The first electrode (21) is arranged on one main surface (10a) of the photoelectric conversion part (10), and the second electrode (22) is arranged on the other main surface (10b) of the photoelectric conversion part (10) in a smaller area than the first electrode (21). In this connection, the first electrode (21) comprises a first conductive layer (21a) for the first electrode and a second conductive layer (21c) for the first electrode. The first conductive layer (21a) is arranged on the main surface (10a) of the photoelectric conversion part (10), and the second conductive layer (21c) is arranged on the first conductive layer (21a). The first conductive layer (21a) has a higher light reflectance than the second conductive layer (21c), and the second conductive layer (21c) has a lower electrical resistance than the first conductive layer (21a). Consequently, the first electrode (21) has high light reflectance and low electrical resistance at the same time.
