Abstract:
A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first photoelectric conversion unit which includes a photoelectric conversion layer including a perovskite compound, a first transfer layer positioned on one side of the photoelectric conversion layer, and a second transfer layer positioned on the other side of the photoelectric conversion layer; a second photoelectric conversion unit provided below the second transfer layer of the first photoelectric conversion unit and having a material or structure that is different from the first photoelectric conversion unit; a lateral insulating layer formed on at least a side surface of the first photoelectric conversion unit; a first electrode electrically connected to one surface of the first photoelectric conversion unit, the one surface being a light receiving surface; and a second electrode electrically connected to the lower portion of the second photoelectric conversion unit. Therefore, a solar cell module can be provided, the solar cell module having a tandem structure which further includes, in addition to a photoelectric conversion unit including a perovskite compound, another photoelectric conversion unit having a material or structure that is different therefrom, and having excellent efficiency and reliability. In addition, the active region of the solar cell having a tandem structure is secured at a maximum level, and the short-circuit current can be remarkably reduced to 1/4 of the conventional one.
