Title:
SOLAR CELL, MULTIJUNCTION SOLAR CELL, SOLAR CELL MODULE, AND PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/146120
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a solar cell having excellent conversion efficiency, a multijunction solar cell, a solar cell module, and a photovoltaic power generation system. The solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention has a substrate (1), an n electrode (2), an n-type layer (3), a p-type light absorbing layer (4), i.e., an oxide semiconductor having Cu as a main component, and a p electrode (5). The n electrode (2) is disposed between the substrate (1) and the n-type layer (3). The n-type layer (3) is disposed between the n electrode (2) and the p-type light absorbing layer (4). A p-type light absorbing layer (4) is disposed between the n-type layer (3) and the p electrode (5). The n-type layer (3) is disposed further toward the light input side than the p-type light absorbing layer (4). The substrate (1) is a single substrate included in the solar cell.
