Disclosed is a preparation method for a solar cell, comprising: cleaning a silicon wafer; leaving the cleaned silicon wafer to stand under constant temperature and humidity conditions for a pre-set time so as to form an oxide layer on the surface of the silicon wafer; and plating a film on the silicon wafer, which has been left to stand.
