Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a solar cell and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: providing a solar cell substrate, which has a conductive oxide thin film; subjecting the conductive oxide thin film to oxidation cleaning by using a first agent liquid containing sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide; subjecting the conductive oxide thin film that has been subjected to the oxidation cleaning to an alkali neutralization treatment by using a second agent liquid containing alkali and hydrogen peroxide; and preparing an electrode on the conductive oxide thin film that has been subjected to the alkali neutralization treatment. The preparation method of the present application can effectively remove metal particle impurities, yellow dust, dust impurities, etc., that are attached to the surface of the conductive oxide thin film, thereby well solving the problem of the surface of a battery piece being severely contaminated after physical vapor deposition coating, such that the cleanliness of the surface of the battery piece is improved; in addition, the influence of dust and impurities on the yield of a screen-printed electrode is avoided, which greatly reduces the reject ratio of smudginess on the surface of the battery piece, and also improves the conversion efficiency of the battery piece to a certain extent.
