Abstract:
Disclosed are a solar cell screen printing mesh plate and a manufacturing method for a solar cell. The solar cell screen printing mesh plate comprises a plate body. The plate body is provided with a scraper-placing position and a scraper-retracting position for a printing scraper. Multiple printing seams extending from the scraper-placing position to the scraper-retrieving position are provided on the plate body and are characterized in that the width between adjacent two printing seams gradually decreases from the scraper-placing position to the scraper-retrieving position; or, the printing seams are in a parallel arrangement, and the distances between the printing seams gradually decrease from the middle of the plate body to either side thereof. The solution, with the printing seams of the solar cell screen printing mesh plate being provided at variable intervals, compensates for a distension of the printing seams presenting gradually widening intervals running perpendicular to the scraper-placing position from the middle to either side due to an increase in the compression of the solar cell screen printing mesh plate during a printing process, thus solving the problem of unequal intervals when grid lines are printed.
