Abstract:
A solar cell according to one embodiment of the present invention has high photoelectric conversion efficiency and comprises a semiconductor substrate 11, and a first semiconductor layer 14 having first conductivity and a second semiconductor layer 15 having second conductivity that are each layered on the semiconductor substrate 11. The material volume Vmp at 10% of the load area of at least a first main surface of the semiconductor substrate 11 is 0.003 µm3/µm2 to 0.010 µm3/µm2.
