Abstract:
A flange (6) is provided with: an annular portion (12) having a hole (11) that is larger in diameter than the outer diameter of a heating medium flow pipe (3); and a cylindrical portion (13) that is thinner than the annular portion (12). The cylindrical portion (13) is shaped such that one end section (13a) is connected to the annular portion (12) along the hole (11), and the inner diameter gets smaller toward the distal-end portion (13b), which is the other end. A contacting portion (14) is configured such that the distal-end portion (13b) of the cylindrical portion (13) contacts the outer surface of the heating medium flow pipe (3), and the flange (6) and the heating medium flow pipe (3) are secured as a result of laser-welding being performed along the contacting portion (14).
