Abstract:
A getter holder is provided with a support member which is joined to a bellows ring, and a first housing member and a second housing member which are joined to the support member. The second housing member is arranged side-by-side with the first housing member in the axial direction of a heat collecting tube. Further, the getter holder has the shape of a ring missing one section in the circumferential direction, and a getter member formed into a tablet shape is inserted into the first housing member and the second housing member from the missing section. Multiple cuts are provided, spaced by an interval in the circumferential direction, on the outer peripheral surface of the first housing member and the outer peripheral surface of the second housing member. The cuts constitute openings in the first and second housing members.
