Abstract:
Obtained are a solar power generation paddle and a method for producing same, with which loss of or damage to a thermoelectric conversion element is prevented when a blanket is being taken up into a roll, while creating the greatest possible temperature difference between an element front surface and an element reverse surface of the thermoelectric conversion element. A solar power generation paddle 100 uses extendable masts 5, 6 to take up and stow a blanket 1 into a roll, and extend same. A solar cell 2 is disposed on one surface of the blanket 1, and a thermoelectric conversion element 3 is disposed on the other surface. On the surface of the thermoelectric conversion element 3 which is opposite the surface thereof on the blanket 1 side, a plurality of heat dissipation members 4 are disposed along the direction of extension so as to cover the thermoelectric conversion element 3.
