Abstract:
Provided is a solar thermal insulation and heat absorption coating, which is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 33-46 parts of acrylate-modified compound emulsion, 10-15 parts of drying oil alkyd resin, 3-8 parts of fluorocarbon surfactant, 6-9 parts of butyl acetate, 32-48 parts of nano carbon powder and manganese dioxide mixture, 10-20 parts of water, 4-11 parts of curing agent, 1-2 parts of carbon black, 34-42 parts of film-forming agent, 24-26 parts of xylene, 1-3 parts of absorption enhancer, 0.6-1 part of organic bentonite, 17-23 parts of solvent, 8-10 parts of butyl acetate, 7-13 parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 1-3 parts of thickening agent. The advantages are: the coating has good weather resistance and water resistance, is particularly applicable to a solar heat absorption coating for a solar heat absorber, has high absorptivity, high thermal conductivity, low emissivity and high stability.
