Abstract:
A soldering iron tip member (20) for a solder heater and electric solder irons (10) and (50) using the tip member, the soldering iron member (20) comprising a metal soldering iron tip (3) fusing a solder by coming into direct contact with the solder and a generally bar-like ceramic heater (4) having a temperature detection part (4a) near the tip thereof and having a heating part (4b) on the base end side thereof. The soldering iron tip member (20) is characterized in that a recessed part (3d) in which the ceramic heater (4) is inserted in a fitted state is formed in the soldering iron tip (3), the depth of the recessed part (3d) being equal to or longer than a length between the tip and the heating part (4b) of the ceramic heater (4), and slits (3c) dividing the cross section of the recessed part (3c) vertical to the axis thereof by a plane including the axis of the recessed part (3d) are formed at the portion thereof forming the recessed part (3d) starting at the opening part near the bottom surface thereof.
