Abstract:
The invention relates to a solid basic catalyst comprising $g(a)-alumina-supported cesium fluoride CsF. The invention also relates to a method of preparing said catalyst and to the use thereof for the heterogeneous basic catalysis of chemical reactions which can be used, in particular, in fine chemistry, such as reactions comprising the transesterification of alkyl carbonate by alcohols, Michael addition reactions or Darzen or Claisen reactions.
