Provided are: a solid electrolyte composition containing an inorganic solid electrolyte that conducts metal ions belonging to the first or second group of the periodic table, and binder particles including a resin represented by a specified formula; a sheet for an all-solid secondary cell, an electrode sheet for the all-solid secondary cell, and the all-solid secondary cell, in which the solid electrolyte composition is used; and a method for manufacturing the all-solid secondary cell and the sheet for the all-solid secondary cell.
