Abstract:
A solid electrolyte layer (3) according the present invention comprises: a first phase region (31) that includes Li, Si, V, and O, and contains a first solid electrolyte having a γ-Li3PO4-type crystal structure; and a second phase region (32) that includes Li, Si, V, and O, and contains a second solid electrolyte different in composition from the first solid electrolyte and having a Li4SiO4-type crystal structure. Preferably, the ratio of the volume of the first phase region (31) to the volume of the second phase region (32) in the solid electrolyte layer (3) according to the present invention is 0.1 to 9.
