Title:
SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/200452
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This solid electrolytic capacitor 1 is provided with: a capacitor element 10 which comprises a positive electrode body 12 that is connected to a positive electrode lead 11, a dielectric layer 13 that is provided on the surface of the positive electrode body 12, and a negative electrode layer 14 that faces the positive electrode body 12 with the dielectric layer 13 being interposed therebetween; an outer package resin 20 which covers the periphery of the capacitor element 10; a first external electrode terminal 41 which is provided on a first outer surface 31 of the outer package resin 20, while being electrically connected to the positive electrode body 12; and a second external electrode terminal 42 which is provided on a second outer surface 32 of the outer package resin 20, while being electrically connected to the negative electrode layer 14. The first external electrode terminal 41 comprises a plating layer that is connected to the positive electrode lead 11, which is exposed from the first outer surface 31 of the outer package resin 20. At least a part of the outer periphery of the positive electrode lead 11 is covered by a resin layer 50, which has a lower filler content than the outer package resin 20, between the first outer surface 31 of the outer package resin 20 and the positive electrode body 12.
