Abstract:
Provided are a solid food and solid milk having suitable solubility and manageable strength. This solid food has a solid form in which a food powder is compression-molded, wherein the increase in the overall crystallization rate, which is the difference between the proportion of crystals relative to total weight at the surface of the solid food and the proportion of crystals inside the solid food, is equal to or less than 0.1 wt%. Furthermore, the depth from the surface of the solid food at which the increase in the overall crystallization rate is zero or otherwise minimized is 0.2 mm or less.
