Abstract:
Disclosed is a solid glue hot-melting transfer composite machine, comprising a first woven fabric and a second woven fabric. The upper end and the lower end of the first woven fabric are each provided with a first conveying roller. The ends, close to each other, of the two first conveying rollers are both in fit with the first woven fabric. The upper end and the lower end of the second woven fabric are each provided with a second conveying roller. By means of the present invention, stirring blades on a rotating shaft are driven by a driving motor to rotate, solid glue is made to be in sufficient contact with a heating layer, melting of the solid glue is facilitated, uniform melting of the solid glue is also facilitated, so that time is saved and the work efficiency is improved, overmuch glue at the upper end of the first woven fabric is made to be stuck to a scraping plate by means of the scraping plate, the extra glue flows along an inclined plate of the scraping plate, the inclined edge of the whole scraping plate is stuck with glue, the scraping plate is in contact with the first woven fabric, so that the part of the first woven fabric without glue is stuck with glue, and the problem that the part of the first woven fabric has too much glue, and other part of the first woven fabric has no glue is avoided.
