Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solid-phase extraction material and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, which belong to the field of solid-phase extraction. The preparation method comprises the steps of pre-polymerizing the monomers of N-vinyl pyrrolidone and divinylbenzene in the presence of a chain transfer reagent and then adding same dropwise into an emulsion of monodisperse seed microspheres, then swelling same and reacting same to prepare white spheres. The white spheres are subjected to a reaction of introducing functional groups, so as to obtain the solid-phase extraction material. The prepared solid-phase extraction material has good spherical morphology, a large specific surface area and a high ion exchange capacity. According to the prepared solid-phase extraction material, in the process of separating and enriching PPCPs, various acting forces act together on substances, so that the extraction efficiency is high; in addition, the ionization degree of the substances or the extraction material can be controlled by adjusting the pH of the eluent in the elution process, and the substances are thereby selectively separated. Extraction experiment results show that the extraction recovery rate of the prepared solid-phase extraction material for substances is essentially maintained between 85% and 105%, and acidic, alkaline, neutral and amphoteric substances can be selectively separated.
